I have rage on preorder comes out tomorrow but on PS3 I dont have the pc that can handle it decently enough to make me enjoy it. Also getting BF3 but to be honest I played the beta yesterday and it doesnt look one bit better than the last and I know its beta but I actually turned it off and play BF2 again lol.

Yeah Rage looks to be a cool story mode at least, might have to give it a burl.

probably correct about BF3, haven't tried, but clocks as more of same BF2 = high system requirement [which doesn't rate as a prob. for certain ppl of late, huh Rim ] more clunky than CoD Black Ops according to memory. May have to reinstall, suss it out again.

DICE Confirms Battlefield 3 Has In-Game Squad Management
Wed Oct 05, 2011 3:09 am

A feature left out of the Battlefield 3 beta that is very much wanted, but had very little information on was recently confirmed. In-game squad management is the feature that many testers quickly noticed was missing and needed to be included. On the Battlelog forums, Bazajaytee (DICE developer) confirmed today that in-game squad management will be released with the final version due out October 25.

Bazajaytee wrote:
In short answer form, yes you can browse and join squads through the squad screen and make private squads.

Don't know what squad management is? In-game squad management allows the player to choose their desired squad, create a squad, and lock a squad (if you wanted to have a private 1 - 4 man squad). This feature was in BF2 and is already a very desperately missed feature in the Battlefield 3 beta. In-game squad management will quickly allow you to join a group of friends and complete your objectives together instead of being spread across different squads. There has been no official information on how many squads there can be in-game, but the expected number is eight (four man squads - eight per team).

List of weapons that will be in Battlefield 3:
M4A1, P90, M240 Bravo

And here's a list of the four classes in Battlefield 3.
Expected to include an assault rifle with grenade launcher attachment. You may revive your downed teammates as well. The kit is also expected to include a knife, pistol, and grenades.
Sporting an LMG than can be mounted for better accuracy.
A shotgun or sub machine gun. Carries a rocket launcher to take out enemy strongholds and armor. Can repair friendly vehicles that are damaged.
Carrying the basic sniper kit plus C4.

List of vehicles in Battlefield 3:
LAV-25, M1A2, Humvee, UH-1Y, SU-37/SU-34, Blackhawk, Littlebird, and F-18

Because factions have not been announced for Battlefield 3, it is hard to predict what vehicles will be in Battlefield 3. However, expect at least two transport vehicles, one tank, two helicopters, one boat, and one APC per team.
